Our food vendor lineup is set! During Metro Cruise weekend (August 20-22), we have 6 official sites running, each hosting food vendors. We’re excited to host 35 total food vendors this year!
*Please remember the final food vendor lineup is subject to change. And it does change slightly every year with having so many vendors. Message or email us before the event if you’d like to confirm your food vendor of choice will be there.*
Food Vendor Lineup for the Metro Cruise Main Event at Rogers Plaza:
Food Vendor Lineup for the Cascade’s Metro Cruise Warm Up (Thursday, August 20, 4pm-8pm):
- Airborne Burritos – Veteran-owned; big 12″ burritos, bowls, nachos, chips & queso
- Patty Matters – the long-running staple of the West Michigan food truck industry, serving hand-crafted beef, turkey, chorizo, salmon, and veggie burgers, chili cheese fries, potato bombs, sweet potato fries, chili
- Saladino Smoke – low and slow, real wood-burning pit BBQ. Pork, brisket, or chicken on a sandwich, in a bowl, or basket. Sides of corn bread casserole, tots, cheesy potatoes, baked beans, mac-n-cheese, coleslaw.
- Sip Shack – Dirty sodas, lemonades and energy drinks
- Olly’s Donuts – famous and delicious mini donuts with toppings

- Cruisin the Street Sweets (ice cream, pretzels, lemonades)
