11th Annual Metro Cruise DUST OFF

 The unofficial start to summer, and another year of cruisin’!

Starting in 2014, the DUST OFF has been the Metro Cruise‘s first event of the year.  In the early years it was held at rotating sites, but for the past 7 years it has been held at the Wyoming Moose Lodge, on Burlingame just north of 28th Street.  The site has an expansive lot of 200+ spaces, with general parking nearby, a large outdoor patio, and gracious hosts that open the whole building up for this event.  For most all of the show cars and attendees, it is their first car event of the year, and has a very happy and special feel to it because of so many people reuniting for the first time in so long.

Key details:

• Date: Saturday, May 3, 2025
• Time: 9am – 1pm. Show car lot opens at 8:30am
• Location: Wyoming Moose Lodge (2630 Burlingame Ave SW, Wyoming, MI)
• Free admission, free parking for general cars – follow signs on arrival
• Food and drinks available starting at 11:00am

Collector/Classic Cars:

• • • • • • • • • Follow signage to reserved collector car parking area – SE corner of property
                • Fee: $10 for all show vehicles (all types of collector, classic, custom cars & trucks are welcome)
                • Included with fee: custom Dust Off dash plaque, custom “I cruised Dust Off” street sign, entry into prize drawing

General Parking:

• Follow parking attendants and signage to main lots, which are at the City of Wyoming’s Public Works (see map)
• Overflow lot will be the American Postal Workers union lot – property just north of Moose Lodge (also on map)
• All parking areas are close the event site and fully accessible (not steps or curbs); there are no handicap parking areas

Event Entertainment:

• 200+ show cars, all from individual local owners
• Build-a-burger starts at 11am – various food and drink (full bar)
• Spacious outdoor patio with ample seating; indoor areas and seating available also
• Themed music playing outside throughout event
• Multiple items from the Metro-Merch official collection – including the 2025 Dust Off T-shirt, just $15 to the first 70 people
